We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a demo, or opt in to receive SMS messages from us, and how we use and protect that information. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the company identified in the Contact us section at the bottom of this page.
We collect information you give us directly through our website forms (such as the “Schedule a demo” form), email, and phone calls. The categories include:
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
We operate one or more SMS programs to communicate with prospects and customers about AdvEntPOS demos, deployments, on-site Inventory Counting appointments, ATM Processing service updates, and account-related notifications. The program is operated by us and is governed by this policy.
You opt in to receive SMS messages from us in one of the following ways:
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our team — typically up to a few messages per week during an active demo, deployment, count, or support thread.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to every message sent or received. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
You can cancel SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing contact@msmtech.net or calling 475-271-8030.
For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message we send you, email contact@msmtech.net, or call 475-271-8030.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others).
No mobile information collected through our SMS programs — including phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, or any consumer consent — will be shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Information you provide to us as part of an SMS interaction is used solely by us and the trusted service providers (for example, our SMS gateway) that are required to deliver and operate the messaging service on our behalf, and those service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:
Mobile opt-in data (phone numbers and SMS consent) is excluded from the corporate-transaction sharing described above to the extent required by applicable carrier rules and the CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices. We will not transfer mobile opt-in data to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use a small number of first-party cookies and server-side analytics to understand how visitors use this site (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive). We do not use this site to deliver targeted advertising, and we do not share analytics data with third-party advertising networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting the basic functionality of this site.
We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect. Internal access is restricted to employees with a business need. Our POS deployments and ATM Processing services are operated in accordance with applicable PCI requirements.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
To exercise any of the above, contact us at contact@msmtech.net or call 475-271-8030. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
This site and our services are directed to retail-business operators and are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly to our SMS / mobile-messaging practices — we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or SMS. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
