Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a demo, or opt in to receive SMS messages from us, and how we use and protect that information. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the company identified in the Contact us section at the bottom of this page.

OUR COMMITMENT · SMS & MOBILE DATA
We do not sell, rent, lease, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or any consumer consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No exceptions.
Information we collect

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly through our website forms (such as the “Schedule a demo” form), email, and phone calls. The categories include:

  • Identification: name, store / business name, role.
  • Contact details: email address, phone number, mailing address.
  • Operational details you choose to share: industry, store size, what you’re trying to solve, existing POS or hardware.
  • Technical: basic web-server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) used to keep the site secure and measure traffic.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

How we use your information

How we use your information

  • To respond to your demo request, quote request, or support inquiry.
  • To schedule and follow up on calls, demos, deployments, on-site inventory counts, or ATM service.
  • To deliver service notifications related to AdvEntPOS, Inventory Counting, or ATM Processing — for example deployment confirmations, on-site appointment reminders, or critical service alerts.
  • To send marketing or promotional SMS messages only if you have separately and explicitly opted in (see “SMS / Mobile Messaging” below).
  • To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
  • To protect us, our customers, and the public from fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
SMS / Mobile messaging

SMS / Mobile messaging

We operate one or more SMS programs to communicate with prospects and customers about AdvEntPOS demos, deployments, on-site Inventory Counting appointments, ATM Processing service updates, and account-related notifications. The program is operated by us and is governed by this policy.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from us in one of the following ways:

  • Submitting the “Schedule a demo” or quote form on this website with a phone number you own, where the form clearly indicates that submitting the number constitutes consent to be contacted by phone and SMS.
  • Texting an opt-in keyword (for example START or YES) to a number we provide.
  • Verbally confirming consent during a sales or support call, which is then logged in our CRM.
  • Returning a signed services agreement that includes a phone-and-SMS-consent clause.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

What messages you can expect

  • Demo scheduling confirmations and reminders.
  • Deployment status, on-site arrival windows, and post-install follow-up.
  • Inventory-counting appointment confirmations and recap notifications.
  • ATM service notifications such as switch-over completion or settlement issues.
  • Customer-support replies when you have contacted us first.
  • Occasional product announcements, if you have separately opted in to marketing messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our team — typically up to a few messages per week during an active demo, deployment, count, or support thread.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to every message sent or received. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

Opt-out — reply STOP at any time

You can cancel SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again. You can also request removal by emailing contact@msmtech.net or calling 475-271-8030.

Help — reply HELP

For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message we send you, email contact@msmtech.net, or call 475-271-8030.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others).

We do not share mobile opt-in data

No mobile information collected through our SMS programs — including phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, or any consumer consent — will be shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Information you provide to us as part of an SMS interaction is used solely by us and the trusted service providers (for example, our SMS gateway) that are required to deliver and operate the messaging service on our behalf, and those service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.

How we share information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf — for example, our email host, SMS gateway, calendar / scheduling tool, CRM, and payment processor — which are bound by contract to use your information only to deliver the service we have engaged them for.
  • When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our customers or others.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), in which case the receiving party will be bound by this policy with respect to your information.

Mobile opt-in data (phone numbers and SMS consent) is excluded from the corporate-transaction sharing described above to the extent required by applicable carrier rules and the CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices. We will not transfer mobile opt-in data to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
